摘要(Abstract)：

<正>犬腺病毒(Canine adenovirus, CAV)分为2个血清型，犬腺病毒1型(Canine adenovirus 1,CAV-1)主要引起犬急性败血性肝炎，熊和狐狸脑炎；犬腺病毒2型(Canine adenovirus 2,CAV-2)主要引起犬科动物传染性喉气管炎和传染性腹泻等。CAV是目前已经发现的哺乳动物腺病毒属中致病性强、感染动物广的双股DNA病毒之一，该病毒在全世界范围内普遍存在，
