正交试验优化二丁口服液提取工艺

摘要(Abstract):

本试验旨在优化二丁口服液提取工艺,为二丁口服液的生产工艺提供理论依据。以液料比、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,以干膏得率、秦皮乙素和咖啡酸含量为综合评价指标,采用L_9(34)正交试验对二丁口服液的提取工艺进行优化,并进行3批工艺验证。结果显示,二丁口服液的最佳提取工艺为液料比14∶1、提取3次、每次1 h;在该工艺条件下,平均干膏得率为31.16%,秦皮乙素平均含量为1.37 mg/mL,咖啡酸平均含量为108.14μg/mL。结果表明,本试验优化的二丁口服液提取工艺稳定,重复性良好,可用于工业化生产。
In order to optimize the extraction process of Erding oral liquid and provide a theoretical basis for the production process of Erding oral liquid, this study utilized the comprehensive indexes of dry extract yield, cichorigenin content and caffeic acid content as evaluation indexes, designed L_9(34)正交试验对二丁口服液的提取工艺进行优化,并进行3批工艺验证。结果显示,二丁口服液的最佳提取工艺为液料比14∶1、提取3次、每次1 h;在该工艺条件下,平均干膏得率为31.16%,秦皮乙素平均含量为1.37 mg/mL,咖啡酸平均含量为108.14μg/mL。结果表明,本试验优化的二丁口服液提取工艺稳定,重复性良好,可用于工业化生产。
In order to optimize the extraction process of Erding oral liquid and provide a theoretical basis for the production process of Erding oral liquid, this study utilized the comprehensive indexes of dry extract yield, cichorigenin content and caffeic acid content as evaluation indexes, designed L_9(34) orthogonal experiment with three factors of material liquid ratio, extraction time and extraction times, with three parallel validation tests being conducted. The results showed that the optimal process included material liquid ratio at 14∶1, and extraction for 3 times and each for 1 h, leading the average dry extract yield of 31.16%, the average cichorigenin content of 1.37 mg/mL, the average caffeic acid content of 108.14 μg/mL. Thus, the optimized extraction process of Erding oral liquid is stable, reproducible, and applicable for industrial production.
