薏苡仁在兽医临床中的应用及研究进展

摘要(Abstract):
<正>薏苡仁是禾本科(Gramineae)薏苡属(CoixL.)草本植物成熟后的干燥种仁,具有较高的营养和药用价值,含有脂肪酸、酯类、黄酮、三萜、生物碱等多种活性物质。中兽医认为薏苡仁性凉,味甘、淡,具有健脾利湿、排浊利肾、清热排脓、解毒散结的功效。现代药理学研究发现,薏苡仁具有抗肿瘤,抗炎,调节血糖、血脂和肠道菌群等功效。此外,作为常用的饲料添加剂,薏苡仁还可增加育肥动物体重,提升经济动物生产性能([1])。
