摘要(Abstract)：

<正>猫弥散性虹膜黑色素瘤(Feline diffuse iris melanoma, FDIM)是一种发生在猫眼内较为少见的肿瘤。其临床症状主要表现为虹膜前表面存在一个或多个扁平的“雀斑样”色素沉着区域。该病呈弥漫性和进展性发展，后期会出现瞳孔变形、瞳孔运动性下降、虹膜增厚，当房角被肿瘤浸润或阻塞时会出现青光眼。该病临床症状容易同眼内炎症引起的虹膜色素沉着混淆。FDIM转移率较高，预后通常不良。本文介绍了1例猫弥散性虹膜黑色素瘤的诊治过程，
