基于宏基因组学研究分析黑叶猴肠道微生物的多样性

摘要(Abstract):

为研究不同环境下黑叶猴肠道微生物的多样性和差异性,通过16S rRNA和宏基因组测序对其进行了比较分析。结果显示,在不同环境下黑叶猴肠道中的优势菌群主要为厚壁菌门和拟杆菌门。环境单一的梧州组和另外3组相比,其差异基因均较多且差异基因中的大部分基因丰度均低于其他组。此外功能预测方面也显示,4个组中与代谢相关的基因数目最多,表明微生物群落构成与环境丰度密切相关,即环境丰富度较低某些差异基因的丰度也越低。
To study the intestinal microbial diversity and differentiation of Trachypithecus francoisi in different environments,we made a comprehensive analysis using 16 S rRNA and metagenomics sequencing. The results showed that the dominant microbiota in the intestines of Trachypithecus francoisi were mainly Firmicutes and Bacteroidetes in different environments. The Wuzhou group and the other three groups had more differential genes,and most of the differential genes had lower abundance than the other groups. Besides,functional prediction also showed that the most significant number of metabolic-related genes was in the four groups. Therefore,the results showed that the composition of the microbiota is closely related to environmental enrichment. That is the better the disinfection of the situation,the lower the abundance of some different genes.
